This agreement outlines your obligations by using this website and explains Justcb's obligations to you. By using this website you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. The Justcb website utilises merchant affiliate links. To be eligible for a cashback claim you must complete step 1 and step 2 without visiting any other website.

2. We do not hold any direct relationships with any of the merchants listed on this site and have no control over whether a transaction made by you, following a click through from Justcb, is deemed genuine and successful by the merchant

3. Any offer of cashback for a transaction is made by Justcb and not by its merchants. We receive an amount of commission from the merchant for generating the transaction and we pass that amount on to you, once we have received it. All matters surrounding the goods or services you purchased are exclusively between you and the merchant.

4. When you complete a transaction after having clicked through to a merchant link on our site you may become eligible to receive a monetary payment from Justcb for that transaction. You must direct all enquiries with respect to your cashback to Justcb through our contact form.

5. All transactions are electronically traced and reported back to Justcb by the software tracking company. We will endeavour to ensure all transactions are reported back to us correctly, however we will and can not be held responsible for any errors beyond our control, that may occur in the tracking and validation process. Where an error does occur we will use our best endeavours to trace & source it and ensure that we are able to pay out the correct amount for your transaction, however we make no guarantee that we will be successful in doing this.

6. Where for some reason a transaction is reversed, cancelled or denied by a merchant or network you will not receive cashback for that transaction claim. Where for some reason the value of a transaction or commission amount is modified by a merchant the this revised amount will become your cashback entitlement. If a user believes the declined transaction has been reported by the merchant incorrectly they can raise an enquiry though our contact form and we will endeavour to return a resolution from the merchant.

7. Merchants are listed on the Justcb site as giving either a percentage or fixed amount of cashback, for each genuine, completed transaction. Under no circumstances does this form a guarantee that you will receive any monetary amount as a result of your transaction.

8. Although we endeavour to ensure that the percentage or fixed amount quoted for each merchant is accurate, we make absolutely no guarantee that the quoted rate at the time of your transaction will be the actual rate paid by the merchant to Justcb. As a third party, we have no influence or control over cashback rates or amounts.

9. If you choose to have your cashback claim settled by cheque, the cost of the postage will be deducted from the final claim value. All cashback claims will be settled when the transaction has been confimed with the merchant and the payment issued to Justcb. The commission due is calculated excluding the local VAT rate.

10. You must be resident in the United Kingdom.

11. We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a revised agreement on the Justcb website (http://www.justcb.com/terms.html).

12. This Agreement (Terms and Conditions) will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
